Doctrinal Statement

The Bible, as originally given, is the infallible Word of God. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and conduct. It is everything God wanted to reveal to us. Any other spiritual revelation which is contrary to the revelation of the Word of God is in error.

There is one God; God Almighty eternally existing in three persons: God, the Father, God, the Son, God, the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is God, the Son, and the world's only Savior. He was pre-existent in the Godhead, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, physically suffered and died on the cross, was buried, and physically was resurrected from death by the power of God. He has ascended into heaven and is presently seated at the right hand of God, the Father. He will return to the earth in physical form to reign on earth and judge the living and the dead.

The Holy Spirit convicts every person of sin and empowers every person who has acknowledged Jesus as the Son of God, the only means of salvation and restored relationship with God, and Lord of their life.

There is a heaven and a hell. All people are born in a sinful state separated from the relationship with God originally intended before sin entered the world. Salvation is a gift of the grace and mercy of God through and by the individual's faith in the atoning power of Jesus' sacrificial death covering and paying the price for all sin for all people.

There will be a bodily resurrection of all dead at the end of the Age. Those with a relationship established with God through the Lord Jesus will spend eternity in the presence of God, those without, eternally separated from God.

The Church is comprised of every person who has accepted the redemptive gift of God through Jesus Christ. They should live a life that would please Jesus, as He pleased His Father when He walked on the earth, personally sacrificing for the Kingdom of God. This is only accomplished by full surrender to the will of God in their life, and through the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit in them in order for it to happen.

Water baptism and the Lord's Supper are the ordinances to be practiced by Christians in accordance with the Word of God as revealed through the Bible.
